#4 Investors Clubs that brings together social impact investors who are looking at pipelines to invest in social good

#5 Resilience Program that currently works with 2 South East Asia countries to offer financial help to struggling social enterprises through the pandemic period.

Featured Speaker

Melvyn Mak

Melvyn Mak spent the first 18 years of his working life as a banker, both in corporate banking and training, and later as General Manager of a stockbroking firm while at the same time holding a trading licence.

He later spent another 18 years as a pastor in a local megachurch as well as a board member of a social services organization before taking on his current third period of 18 years as a social entrepreneur.

He is currently the co-founder and chairman of Transformational Business Network Asia (TBNA) that fights poverty through enterprise in South East Asia.

He co-founded Actxplorer Pte Ltd, a social enterprise involved in impact travel, and sits on the boards of NCE Pte Ltd, another social enterprise, and The New Charis Mission, a local charity involved in the rehab of ex-drug offenders. He is also on the board of a start-up called Wordly Collective, involved in language translation of minority language communities for human flourishing in South East Asia.
