Associate Professor Matthew Tan 
is currently the Singapore Representative (Private Sector) to APEC Policy Partnership on Food Security and the Co-Chair for their Sustainable Development in Agricultural and Fishery sectors.
He is also the CEO of Assentoft Aqua Asia.
