LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop on 9 September 2020, hosted by StrengthsAsia founder and TBN Asia board member Kim Pong.

Everyone used various approaches for our Lego building which resulted in a diverse range of abstract 3D model designs. The models were a visual representation of the company’s current situations and future goals.
We quickly learned how to ask challenging yet non-assumptive questions which gave team members a chance to offer their own perspectives in a safe environment for sharing.
Needless to say, we walked away with new insights and understanding of our team members and our business.
We can’t wait for part 2 of the StrengthsAsia training, SoundWave, which explores how effective communication and active listening leads to effective conversations which can save you and your organisation time and money.
