Melvyn Mak, Chairman & Co-Founder
Melvyn spent 18 years of his life as a banker and General Manager of a stockbroking company before responding to the call to do religious work for the next 18 years of his life. For the 3rd period of 18 years of his life, he’s passionate about the synergy between the Marketplace and alleviation of poverty through enterprises.
Jeremy Han, Co-Vice Chair
Jeremy is a Scaling Up International certified business coach who works with executive teams to scale their revenue and scale their impact. His clients have rated him an average of 9/10 as a speaker, and have seen business growth between 40-400% over 3 year time frames. Besides business growth, Jeremy also helps his clients to set lasting legacy goals that spur both dynamic growth and long-term impact. His personal mission is to help 100 CEOs, in 10 years, to impact 100 million people.
Dorothy Ching, Executive Director
Dorothy is TBN Asia's first Executive Director. Her professional background spans from business development, marketing, communications and education, taking her to the US, Australia, China and Singapore. She is a true blue MGS girl, with a Bachelors Degree from Australia, and a Masters from the US. Dorothy is passionate about social justice and Hawaii - Mahalo!
Tim Tan, Board Member
As founder of Affordable Abodes, Tim is now fully involved in developing environmentally sustainable technology for affordable housing for the marginalized communities in South East Asia. As the inventor of Kenafcrete®, an upcycled bio-composite technology, he has realised his vision to use this sheltertech in environmentally sustainable low cost housing developments.

Wayne Chia, Advisor
Wayne is passionate about both technology and social impact. He is a seasoned start-up operator and entrepreneur and has served in various roles in both technology start-ups as well as impact-driven organizations. Wayne is currently the Revenue Operations Director of Browzwear, a 3D design software for the fashion industry. Just before that, he was currently serving as the Product Director of Sentient.io, an AI start-up, and the Operational Lead for the TBN Asia. He first found his calling for innovation for social impact at Asia P3 Hub (part of World Vision International).
Lim Kim Pong, Advisor
Kim Pong is the CEO and Founder of StrengthsAsia and Global Strategy Partner for SoundWave. His vision is to help everyone in every organization in Asia to know who they are at their very best and how they can bring this best to impact their families, work, relationships, communities, and nations. He calls this, his game of the impossible. Kim Pong is the Creator of the REFRAME-Success is Action, CEO and Founder of StrengthsAsia, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, SoundWave Global Partner, Co-Founder of The Transformational Business Network, Asia, and a Certified Lego Serious Play Facilitator. He has coached and facilitated extensively with various organizations across Asia.

Sharon is a corporate visionary who has over 20 years of experience within the apparel industry, from sourcing to retail. After being a global distributor of Browzwear for 8 years, her expertise lies in establishing links between technology and fashion. She was appointed as the CEO of Browzwear, the leading 3D design and merchandizing platform used by leading brands in the industry.
